EMI has trimmed the fat from
Poison's Swallow This Live, 13 years after its initial release. Down from a two-disc set to one disc of highlights, gone are the pompous five- and ten-minute guitar and drum solos, and the listener is left with just the hits from their first three releases. While the sound quality is still somewhat lacking (a remastering job after 13 years shouldn't have been out of the question), it's still a fine release that's essential for
Poison devotees who missed out the first time.
